Is this tool really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no daily limit and no watermark on the files you download.
Are my shipping labels uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDFs are read and rebuilt inside your browser. They never leave your device, and closing the tab discards them.
What does Direct Print do?
It builds the finished PDF and opens it in a new tab. Press Print in that window to send it to your printer. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for this site.
What do the Paper options change?
Thermal roll gives one page per label, sized to the label. A4 sheet packs 4 labels per page (two across, two down) or 2 per page (stacked), as chosen, with each kept invoice on its own page.
What do Print number and Excel report add?
Print number stamps 1, 2, 3… (or 1/45, 2/45…) in the corner you choose. Excel report downloads a spreadsheet of every label with a per-SKU totals sheet, and Amazon can also produce a pick list PDF.
How do I crop a Meesho label?
Open the Meesho tab, choose your PDFs, keep “Crop label” selected and press Download or Direct Print. Choose “Keep full page” if you want the invoice left in.
Can I download a summary of my orders?
Yes. Switch on Order summary PDF in the Output options. You get a one-page review sheet with total orders and quantity, a table for each seller account and the page range of every SKU.
Can I replace a SKU with my own name?
Yes, in the Amazon and Meesho tabs. Open Custom SKU names, enter the SKU on the label and the name you want, and save. The new name is printed on the label and used for sorting and reports.
Can I get back a PDF I made earlier?
Yes. The Recent Labels panel under the tool lists today’s PDFs for the tab you are in, with Download and Print buttons. They stay in your browser and are deleted at midnight.
