Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
The short version: the files you process stay on your device, we do not ask you to create an account, and the only data collected about your visit comes from standard web hosting and from advertising partners described below.
1. Who we are
E-commerce Label Expert (“we”, “us”) operates this website at ecomlabelexpert.in. You can contact us through our Contact page or at our support email.
2. Your files and documents
When you use a label tool or a PDF tool, your files are opened and processed entirely inside your browser using your device’s memory. We do not upload, receive, store, view or share your PDFs, images, spreadsheets or the text inside them. When you close or refresh the tab, the files are discarded. We therefore have no copy of your documents to give back, correct or delete.
3. Information we do not collect
- We do not require registration, a login or a password.
- We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details to use the tools.
- We do not read the customer names, addresses or order details printed on your shipping labels.
4. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the services listed below may automatically receive technical information when your browser loads the site, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages requested, referring page and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and understand overall usage.
5. Advertising and cookies
We show advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see an ad, measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalise ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can manage or opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or learn how Google uses data at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop the tools from working, but you may still see ads that are not personalised.
6. Third-party services
To work, the site loads resources from these third parties. They may receive your IP address and standard browser information when you visit:
- Google Fonts for typefaces.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr for open-source libraries that process PDFs, spreadsheets and images in your browser, and for fonts and language data used by some tools (for example OCR language packs).
- Google AdSense for advertising, as described above.
- Cloudflare for hosting and delivery.
These providers have their own privacy policies, and we do not control how they handle information.
7. Local storage
The site may keep small preferences, such as a selected option, in your browser’s own storage so the page behaves consistently. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.
8. Messages you send us
If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, email address and message. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, which handles the message in transit under its own privacy policy. Nothing from the tools or your documents is included. We use them only to reply and to improve the site, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose. Please do not send shipping labels, invoices or other documents that contain other people’s personal information.
9. Children
This site is intended for sellers and general users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Your rights
Because we do not hold your documents or maintain accounts, there is very little personal data for us to manage. If you have contacted us and want your message deleted, or you have questions about how your information is handled, write to us and we will respond. Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data and to withdraw consent.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because your files never leave your device, they are not exposed to our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Links to other sites
Our pages and advertisements may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
14. Contact
For privacy questions, please use our Contact page.
