By accessing or using this website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service provides free tools, running in your web browser, to crop, sort, annotate and print marketplace shipping labels, and to merge, split, edit, convert and otherwise work with PDF and image files. Tools are provided as a convenience and may change, be improved or be removed at any time.

3. Your files

Files you choose are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us.
You are responsible for the files you use and you confirm that you have the right to process them.
You must keep your own copies. Because we never receive your files, we cannot recover them if they are lost, overwritten or damaged.

4. Check every output before you use it

Important: automatic cropping, sorting, numbering and conversion depend on the layout of the file you provide, and marketplaces change their label formats from time to time. Always check each generated label and document, including barcodes, addresses and quantities, before printing, shipping or relying on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you print, send or submit.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to process files you have no right to use;
try to interfere with, overload, scrape in bulk, reverse engineer, or attack the website or its hosting;
copy, resell or republish the Service or its design as your own product; or
use the Service in a way that infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text and original code are owned by us or our licensors. The Service also uses open-source libraries that remain under their own licences. You keep all rights in the files you process. We claim no rights over them.

7. Third-party names and no affiliation

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other names, logos and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. E-commerce Label Expert is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any marketplace. Names are used only to describe which label formats the tools are designed for.

8. Advertising and third-party content

The Service is funded by advertising. Ads and links to other websites are provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some tools make best-effort conversions and may not preserve every detail of the original document.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, orders, data, goodwill or business, including losses caused by a misprinted label, a wrongly shipped parcel, a damaged file or an interruption of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service, which is nothing.

11. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
