How to make a shipping label
- Choose Single label or Bulk from Excel, and the label size.
- Fill in your business details once. You can save them as a template.
- Enter the customer's name, phone, address and PIN, plus the order ID, product, weight and COD amount if you have them.
- Check the live preview, then download the PDF or print it.

Bulk file format
The first row holds the column names. Required: customerName, address, city, state, pin and phone. Optional: orderId, cod, product and weight. Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files work, up to 1000 rows. Your sender details from the form are used on every label.
Private by design
Labels are made inside your web browser and nothing you type or upload is sent anywhere. Your current draft and saved business details stay on your own device. The tool is free, with no account and no watermark.
