PDF Forms detects the form fields in a fillable PDF and shows them as a simple list. Fill them in, optionally flatten the answers so they cannot be edited, and download.
How to use it
- Choose a fillable PDF.
- Fill in the fields that appear.
- Press Save filled PDF. Tick Flatten to make the answers permanent.
What you get
- Supports text fields, checkboxes, radio groups and dropdowns.
- Optional flatten step.
- If the PDF has no fields, you can open it in Edit PDF and type on top.
Private by design
Everything happens inside your web browser. Your files are not uploaded, there is no account to create, and nothing is stored after you close the tab. The tool is free, with no watermark and no daily limit.
