Barcode and QR code generator for sellers
Make print-ready barcodes and QR codes for your products, SKUs, UPI payments and WhatsApp chats. Add your product name, brand and MRP under the code, make hundreds from a spreadsheet, and print on A4 sticker sheets or a thermal roll. Everything runs in your browser.
How to make a barcode or QR code
- Pick a template, such as Warehouse SKU, MRP sticker, WhatsApp QR or UPI payment QR, or start with a plain Barcode or QR code.
- Type the number, link or payment details. Add optional text under the code: product name, brand name and MRP.
- Choose the label size (for example 50 × 25 mm, or your own size) and the barcode type.
- Download an SVG or PNG, copy the image, or make a PDF for an A4 sticker sheet or a thermal roll and print it.
Templates for everyday seller jobs
- Amazon FNSKU and Flipkart FSN: a Code 128 barcode of the identifier you enter, sized for a small product label.
- Product barcode: an EAN-13 barcode with room for product name, brand and MRP.
- Warehouse SKU: a Code 128 barcode of your SKU, for shelves, bins and picking.
- MRP sticker: barcode plus product name, brand and price in one label.
- WhatsApp QR: customers scan it and a chat opens with your number, and an optional first message.
- UPI payment QR: opens a UPI app with your UPI ID, payee name and an optional amount and note.
- Product page QR: links to any web address, such as a product page or a review link.
Make many labels at once
Upload a CSV file to create a whole batch. The first row can name the columns: data (or code, sku, barcode), name, brand, mrp and copies. If there is no heading row, the first column is used as the data. You can also create a numbered series, for example SKU-0001 to SKU-0070, by choosing a prefix, a start number, how many, and how many digits to pad. A sample CSV is available to download, and up to 2,000 rows are handled in one go.
Print layouts
- A4 sticker sheet: labels are placed in a grid, and the tool shows how many fit on a sheet, for example 3 × 10 = 30 labels of 50 × 25 mm. You can set the sheet margin and the gap between labels to match your sticker paper.
- Thermal roll: every label is its own page, exactly the size of the label.
- Copies: print several copies of each code, in addition to any
copiesvalue in your CSV.
Which barcode type should I use?
- Code 128: the flexible choice for SKUs, FNSKU, FSN and internal codes. It holds letters, numbers and symbols.
- EAN-13: retail products in India and most of the world. It needs 12 digits, and the check digit is added for you.
- UPC-A: retail products in the US and Canada, with 11 digits plus a check digit.
- EAN-8: small packs that cannot fit a full EAN-13, with 7 digits plus a check digit.
- Code 39: older systems that use capital letters, numbers and a few symbols.
- QR code: links, UPI payments and WhatsApp chats. Choose a higher error-correction level if the sticker might get scuffed.
Private by design
Codes are drawn inside your web browser, and nothing you type is uploaded. A short list of your recent codes is kept only on your own device so you can reuse them, and you can clear it by clearing your browser data. The tool is free, with no account, no watermark and no daily limit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the barcode number official?
The tool draws whatever valid number you type. It does not issue or register numbers. Retail EAN and UPC numbers come from GS1, and an Amazon FNSKU comes from your Amazon seller account.
Can I make hundreds of labels at once?
Yes. Upload a CSV with a data column and optional name, brand, mrp and copies columns, or create a numbered series. Up to 2000 rows at a time.
Are my codes uploaded anywhere?
No. The codes are drawn in your browser, and a short list of recent codes is kept only on your own device.
Which barcode types are supported?
Code 128, EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8 and Code 39, plus QR codes with four error-correction levels.
