Meesho labels by courier: a hand-over guide
Updated 12 October 2026 · 5 minute read
A single Meesho label file mixes parcels for several couriers, and each page also carries an invoice. Before pickup you need to split the parcels by courier, remove the invoices and keep everything in order. This guide shows a clean routine, from the downloaded PDF to a neat stack for each courier.
What makes Meesho labels awkward
Meesho label PDFs put the shipping label and the invoice together on every page, and labels from different delivery partners arrive mixed. If you print the file as it is, you waste paper on invoices, and at pickup time you spend minutes sorting parcels into the right courier piles. Grouping by courier before you print removes both problems.
Step by step
- Download your label PDFs from the Meesho supplier panel.
- Open the Meesho tab and choose the files, or drag them onto the page. You can add several files at once.
- Keep Crop label selected, which removes the invoice. Choose Keep full page only if you want the label and invoice together.
- Leave Sort by SKU on, then pick thermal roll or A4 sheet.
- Press Process and sort PDFs. The tool reads each page and groups the labels by courier.
Reading the results
After processing you see a short summary: how many pages were read, how many couriers were found, and how many labels have a quantity above 1. Below it is a list with one row per courier and its number of pages. Each courier row has its own Download PDF and Print PDF buttons, and there is an option to download one PDF per courier as a ZIP.
The tool recognises common couriers seen on Meesho labels, including Valmo, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, DTDC, India Post, Bluedart, Amazon Transportation and Ekart.
A hand-over routine that avoids mix-ups
- Print the labels for one courier at a time using that courier’s Print PDF button.
- Pack those parcels and put them in a single bag or box, with a note or sticker naming the courier.
- Repeat for the next courier.
- At pickup, give each courier only its own stack.
Working one courier at a time means a parcel can never end up in the wrong pile, because there is only one pile open at once.
Labels with a quantity above 1
Labels where the order has more than one unit are separated from single-item labels, with their own Download labels with Qty > 1 and Print labels with Qty > 1 buttons. Pack these in a separate pass and double-check the item count before sealing.
Print setup
For a thermal roll, choose Thermal roll, so each label becomes its own page, and print at actual size. For a normal printer, choose A4 sheet with 2 or 4 labels per sheet. Our guides on A4 printing and thermal printer setup cover the printer settings in detail.
Useful extras
- Print number numbers the labels, so you can confirm the count of each batch.
- Excel report gives a Labels sheet, including the courier for each label, and an SKU summary sheet with totals. It is handy for stock checks and for reconciling after pickup.
- Keep invoice keeps each invoice next to its label, when a customer or your own records need it.
If something looks wrong
- A courier is missing or unknown. The courier is read from the text on the label. Use the original PDF from the supplier panel, not a screenshot or scan, which has no readable text.
- The invoice is still there. Check that Crop label is selected rather than Keep full page.
- Print window does not open. Allow pop-ups for the site and try again.
