Label tool
Snapdeal shipping label crop and print tool
The Snapdeal label tool handles both Snapdeal layouts: a landscape page with the label and invoice side by side is cropped to the label, and a portrait file with a label page and an invoice page simply has its invoice pages removed.
How to use it
- Download your Snapdeal label PDFs from your seller panel.
- Open the Snapdeal tab and choose the PDFs, or drag them onto the page. You can add several files at once.
- Choose your options: keep or remove the invoice, sort by SKU, and thermal roll or A4 sheet.
- Press Process Labels. Each file is read and the labels are counted.
- Press Download to save the PDF, or Direct Print to open the print window.
What the Snapdeal label tool does
Snapdeal label files do not all look the same. In one layout the label and the invoice sit side by side on a landscape page, and the tool crops the page to the label. In the other layout every label is a portrait page followed by its invoice page, and the tool removes the invoice pages and keeps the labels. You do not have to tell it which one you have.
The result is a clean PDF with one label per page, ready for a thermal printer or an A4 sheet.
Every option explained
- Keep invoice: off by default, so you get labels only. Turn it on to keep each invoice as well.
- Sort by SKU: on by default. It groups identical products together so you can pack the same SKU in one go.
- Paper: Thermal roll gives one page per label, sized to the label. A4 sheet puts 2 or 4 labels on each page.
- Print number: numbers the labels 1, 2, 3… or 1/45, 2/45… in a corner you choose, to confirm nothing is missed.
- Order summary PDF: a one-page review sheet with total orders, quantity and the page range of each SKU.
- Excel report: a spreadsheet with a row for each label and a second sheet that totals the labels and quantity for each SKU.
Orders with a quantity above 1
Labels for orders with more than one unit are kept separate from single-item labels. You get Download and Print buttons for each group, so multi-unit parcels can be checked on their own.
Recent labels
The Recent Labels panel under the tool lists the PDFs you made today in this browser, with Download and Print buttons. They are deleted at midnight and are never uploaded.
Printing setup that avoids wrong sizes
Thermal roll printers
Choose Thermal roll. Every label becomes its own page, sized to the label, so there is no white border to waste paper. In your printer dialog pick the label size of your roll, and set scaling to actual size (100%) rather than “fit to page”.
Normal A4 printers
Choose A4 sheet, then 4 per sheet (two across, two down) or 2 per sheet (stacked, larger labels). Print at actual size (100%), because “fit to page” shrinks the barcodes and can make them harder to scan.
Direct Print
Direct Print builds the PDF and opens it in a new tab. Press Print in that tab. If nothing opens, allow pop-ups for this site in your browser.
Troubleshooting
- The label looks cut off or too small. Print at actual size (100%) and check that the paper size in the printer dialog matches your roll or sheet.
- Direct Print does nothing. Allow pop-ups for this site, then try again.
- I want the invoice too. Turn on Keep invoice before you download.
- The file will not open. Use the original PDF from your seller panel, not a screenshot. If it is damaged, try Repair PDF first.
Private by design
Everything happens inside your web browser. Your files are not uploaded, there is no account to create, and nothing is stored after you close the tab. The tool is free, with no watermark and no daily limit.
Frequently asked questions
Which Snapdeal label layouts does it handle?

Can I print Snapdeal labels on A4 paper?
Yes. Choose A4 sheet, then 2 or 4 labels per sheet, and print at actual size (100%).
Are orders with more than one unit kept separate?
