Free online cashbook

A free cashbook for your shop or business

Write down every rupee that comes in and goes out, and always know your balance. Keep a separate book for each shop, project or person, and open them on any phone or computer after you sign in with Google. It is free, with no ads inside the books and no limit on entries.

What you can do

• Make several cashbooks and rename, copy or delete them.
• Add Cash In and Cash Out entries with the date, time, party, remark, category and payment mode. Type sums like 100 + 200*3 in the amount box.
• See the running balance after every entry, and the totals for what you are looking at.
• Filter by date range, entry type, party, category or payment mode, and search by remark or amount.
• Download a PDF, Excel or CSV report of any view, and add many entries at once from a CSV file.
• Keep a backup file of all your books, and restore it any time.

Your data

Entries are saved to your account so they are there on every device. Only you can see them. Read our privacy policy for the details, and download a backup whenever you like.
