Print Amazon shipping labels with the SKU on A4 or thermal paper
Updated 21 October 2026 · 7 minute read
An Amazon label download pairs every shipping label with its invoice. To pack quickly you want the label alone, with the SKU and quantity printed where you can see them, on the paper your printer uses. This guide shows how to do that with the Amazon tab.
What the tool does with an Amazon file
Each order is a label page followed by one or more invoice pages. The tool pairs them by their text, so an invoice that continues onto a second page does not throw the following orders out of step. It reads the SKU and quantity from the invoice and prints them on the label, so you can tell items apart without opening the invoice.
Step by step
- Open the Amazon tab and choose your PDFs.
- Press Process Labels. The labels are paired with their invoices and counted.
- Choose what to print on the label, the invoice option and the paper.
- Press Download or Direct Print.
Choose what is printed on the label
- Print: SKU only, SKU + Product Title or No SKU.
- SKU size: Small, Medium or Large. Use Large if your packing table is dim or your SKUs are long.
- Print text: add a line such as a batch name or “Fragile” to every label.
- Print date & time: useful when you ship several batches a day.
- Custom SKU names: replace a marketplace SKU with your own name. See this guide.
Invoice: remove it or keep it
By default the invoice is removed, so you get labels only. Choose Keep invoice to print each invoice after its label, for the copy that goes in the parcel.
Paper: thermal roll or A4
Thermal roll gives one label per page, sized to the label, for a label printer. A4 sheet puts 2 or 4 labels on each page for a normal printer, each in its own cell with a thin border to help you cut. Print at actual size (100%), because “fit to page” shrinks the barcode and can make it hard to scan. For printer settings see how to print labels on A4 paper and thermal printer setup.
Sort, count and check
- Sort by SKU (on by default) puts the same product together so you can pack one item many times in a row.
- Print number numbers the labels, such as 7 or 7/45, so you know nothing was missed.
- Excel report gives one row per label and the total for each SKU.
- Order summary PDF is a one-page review sheet with the total orders and quantity, a table for each seller account and the page range of every SKU.
Orders with a quantity above 1 are kept apart, with their own download and print buttons.
Common questions at the printer
- The barcode will not scan. Print at 100%, use the printer’s highest quality and check that the paper size matches.
- The label is too small on A4. Choose 2 per sheet for a larger label.
- Nothing opens when I press Direct Print. Allow pop-ups for this site.
Frequently asked questions
How do I print the SKU on an Amazon label?
The Amazon tab reads the SKU and quantity from the invoice and prints them on the label. Choose SKU only, or SKU + Product Title, under Print.
Can I print Amazon labels 4 per A4 sheet?
Yes. Choose A4 sheet, then 4 per sheet (or 2 per sheet for larger labels) and print at actual size (100%).
Can I keep the invoice?
Yes. Choose Keep invoice and each invoice is printed after its label. By default only labels are made.
Does it work if an invoice runs onto two pages?
Yes. The pages are paired by their text, so a longer invoice stays with its own order.
Are my Amazon files uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser and your files never leave your device.
