Print your own SKU names on shipping labels

Marketplace SKUs are not always the names you use in your own stock. A supplier code like WX-7SAP-ZTYI means nothing when you are standing at a shelf, while Nre160 might be exactly what you call that product. The label tool can print your own name instead.
Where to find it
Open the Amazon or Meesho tab and look under the options for Custom SKU names. It is closed by default; click it to open the list.
How to set it up
- Click Custom SKU names to open it.
- In the first box type the SKU as it appears on the label, for example WX-7SAP-ZTYI. After you have processed some labels, the box suggests the SKUs that were found.
- In the second box type the name you want printed, for example Nre160.
- Use + Add SKU for more rows, then press Save.
The list is saved in your browser, so it is still there the next time you open the page. Matching ignores capital letters and extra spaces.
What changes when a name is replaced
- The label: the new name is printed in the SKU strip on the label, in place of the original.
- Sorting: Sort by SKU uses the new names, so labels are grouped the way you named them.
- Reports: the Excel report and the order summary PDF show the new names.
If you change the list after processing the labels, the new names are applied straight away to the next download or print. You do not need to upload the files again.
Naming habits that help
- Keep names short enough to read at a glance on a small label.
- Put the product family first and the variant last, so sorting keeps variants together.
- Use the same capital letters and separators everywhere.
Good to know
A name is replaced only when it matches the SKU on the label. SKUs you did not add to the list are printed as they are. The list lives in your own browser and is not shared or uploaded.

In your own browser, on your device. They are not uploaded, and they are still there when you come back unless you clear your browser data.

Custom SKU names are available in the Amazon and Meesho tabs.

No. Save the new list and the next download or print uses it.
