How to crop Meesho labels and sort them by courier
Updated 21 October 2026 · 7 minute read
A Meesho download puts the shipping label and the invoice on the same page, with labels from several couriers mixed together. For packing and courier handover you want clean labels, grouped by courier. This guide shows how to get there in a few minutes with the Meesho tab.
What a Meesho label file looks like
Each page has the label at the top (courier, address and the Product Details box) and the invoice underneath. Some files also have label-only pages, such as exchange labels. The tool finds where the label ends on every page by looking for the bottom border of the Product Details box, so the cut is made in the right place for each page, not at a fixed height.
Step by step
- Open the Meesho tab and choose your PDFs. You can add several files together.
- Press Process Labels. The tool reads every page, detects the courier, the SKU and the quantity, and counts the labels.
- Choose Label output: Crop label (invoice removed), or Keep full page (label and invoice, uncropped).
- Choose your sorting, paper and extras, then press Download or Direct Print.
Group by courier, then by SKU
Sort by courier arranges the labels in one block per courier, A to Z, which is what you need when each courier collects its own stack. Sort by SKU then puts identical products together inside each courier. You can switch either one off: without Sort by courier you get a single list, and without Sort by SKU the labels keep the order of the uploaded files.
After processing, a list shows every courier with its number of pages and its own Download PDF and Print PDF buttons. One more button downloads a ZIP with a separate PDF for each courier.
SKU and quantity on every label
A strip above each label shows the SKU and the quantity, for example Nre160 | Qty: 1. The full SKU is read from the SKU column of the Product Details box, so long names are not cut short. Labels with a quantity above 1 are kept apart, with their own download and print buttons, so multi-unit parcels get a second look.
Use your own SKU names
Open Custom SKU names, type the SKU as it appears on the label and the name you want, and press Save. The new name is printed on the label, used in sorting and shown in the reports. Read more in Print your own SKU names on shipping labels.
Follow us on Meesho QR code
Switch on Print a “Follow us on Meesho” QR on each label to add a small card under the label with your store name and a QR code of your Meesho store link, so customers can follow your shop. Save your stores once in Manage saved stores; the tool matches each label to a saved store by the store name printed on it, or you can pick one store for the whole batch.
Check the batch
Switch on Order summary PDF for a one-page review sheet with the total orders and quantity, a table for each store and the page range of every SKU. Use Excel report for a spreadsheet with one row per label and a total for each SKU. The Recent Labels panel under the tool keeps today’s PDFs in your browser until midnight.
Printing tips
- Thermal roll gives one label per page for a label printer.
- A4 sheet fits 2 or 4 labels per page for a normal printer. Print at actual size (100%).
- Switch on Print number to number the labels and confirm that none was missed.
