Barcode, invoice and shipping label generators for sellers
Updated 21 October 2026 · 7 minute read
Besides cropping marketplace labels, a seller often needs three other documents: a barcode or QR code for a product, a GST invoice or receipt for a customer, and a shipping label for orders that do not come from a marketplace. This guide explains the three generators on this site and how to get the best out of each. All of them run in your browser and are free.
Barcode and QR code generator
The Barcode & QR generator makes print-ready codes for products, shelves and payments.
- Product and warehouse labels: Code 128 for SKUs and Amazon FNSKU or Flipkart FSN, EAN-13 for retail products, with room for the product name, brand and MRP.
- QR codes for customers: a UPI payment QR with your UPI ID and an optional amount, a WhatsApp QR that opens a chat with you, or a QR for a product page or review link.
- Many at once: upload a CSV, or create a numbered series such as SKU-0001 to SKU-0070, and print them on an A4 sticker sheet or a thermal roll.
Test-scan one printed label before you print a large batch, and print at actual size (100%). The tool draws the code of the number you enter; it does not issue or register numbers, so retail EAN codes still come from GS1.
Invoice and receipt generator
The GST Invoice & Receipt generator makes a clean A4 document from the details you type.
- Tax invoice or cash receipt: switch with one click and keep the same details.
- GST done for you: CGST and SGST for the same state, IGST for a different state, with common GST rates, HSN codes and the total written in words.
- Saved business details: save your seller details once and load them for the next invoice.
- Live preview: the invoice updates as you type. Download the PDF or print it.
The tool lays out the invoice from your numbers. It does not file returns or check a GSTIN with the GST portal, so ask your accountant if you are unsure which rate or HSN code applies.
Shipping label generator
The Shipping label generator is for parcels that do not come with a marketplace label, such as orders from your own website, Instagram or WhatsApp.
- Three sizes: 4×6 inch thermal, an A4 sheet with four labels, and a small 3×2 inch label.
- What goes on the label: sender and customer address, order ID, product, weight, a COD or PREPAID badge, a barcode, your logo and an optional FRAGILE strip.
- Bulk from Excel: download the template, fill in the orders and get every label in one PDF, up to 1000 rows at a time.
Type names and addresses in English letters, because the PDF font cannot draw every script. For marketplace labels use the label crop tools instead.
A simple way to use all three
- Make barcode labels for your stock with the SKU on each, so picking is quick.
- When a customer orders outside a marketplace, make the shipping label and stick it on the parcel.
- Make the invoice or cash receipt and put a copy in the parcel.
- Keep your saved business details up to date so each document takes a minute.
Private by design
Everything is made in your browser. Your customers’ names, addresses and phone numbers are not uploaded, and your draft and saved details stay on your own device.
