Sort Flipkart labels by zone and seller

Flipkart sends one combined PDF with the label and the invoice on the same page, often for several seller accounts at once. This guide shows how to turn that file into clean labels, arranged in the order that makes packing and handover quick.
What is in a Flipkart label file
Each page holds a shipping label (with the AWB barcode, address and SKU table) and the invoice underneath. If you run more than one shop on the same panel, the pages for all your sellers can sit in one download. Some files are already cut down to the label only. The Flipkart tab handles both kinds, so you do not have to sort the pages by hand.
Step by step
- Open the Flipkart tab and choose your PDFs. You can add several files together.
- Press Process Labels. The pages are read and the labels are counted.
- Choose the options: Sort by SKU, Sort by Zone, paper (thermal roll or A4) and whether to keep the invoice.
- Press Download, or Direct Print to open the print window.
Sort by SKU, by zone, or both
Sort by SKU puts the same product side by side, so you pick and pack one item many times in a row. Sort by Zone reads the zone code printed on each label (for example A1 or B2) and arranges the parcels by zone, which helps when the courier collects zone by zone. With both switched on, labels are grouped by zone first and by SKU inside each zone.
Separate PDFs for each seller
When the files contain labels from more than one seller account, a seller-wise section appears under the options. Each seller is listed with its number of labels and its own Download PDF and Print PDF buttons, and one ZIP button gives you every seller at once. The same options (sorting, paper, numbers) are used for each seller’s PDF.
Check the batch with the order summary
Switch on Order summary PDF in the Output options. Along with your labels you get a one-page review sheet with the total orders and quantity, a table for each seller account and the page range of every SKU (for example pages 2-12 for one SKU). It is for checking only and is not a shipping label, so you can see at a glance whether the labels match the orders you expected.
Orders with a quantity above 1
Labels for orders with more than one unit are kept apart from single-item labels, with their own download and print buttons. This works for combined pages and for label-only pages, where the quantity is added up from the rows of the SKU table.
Printing tips
- Choose Thermal roll for a label printer: one label per page.
- Choose A4 sheet with 2 or 4 labels per page for a normal printer, and print at actual size (100%).
- Use Print number to number the labels, so you can tell whether any parcel was missed.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sort Flipkart labels by zone?
Yes. Switch on Sort by Zone. Labels are arranged by the zone code printed on each label, and you can combine it with Sort by SKU.
Can I get a separate PDF for each seller account?
Yes. When your files contain labels from several sellers, the seller-wise section gives each seller its own PDF, or all of them in one ZIP.
What is in the order summary PDF?
Total orders and quantity, a table for each seller account and the page range of every SKU. It is a review sheet, not a shipping label.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The labels are read and rebuilt in your browser and never leave your device.
